How do virtual consultations work?

We begin by chatting via email to discuss the scope of your project and design needs. Then, I use photos of your space and my detailed online questionnaire to learn all the specifics of your home. I base my paint color suggestions on your aesthetic preferences, the light your home receives, its architectural style, your existing furnishings and finishes, the inspiration imagery you provide, and your preferred brand of paint.

I live in or near Atlanta. Can we meet in person?

What’s included in each package?

• Three (3) paint color options for each room or surface included in the scope of work
• A suggested complementary white or off-white color for your trim and ceiling
• Details about each color, specific descriptions, and undertone information
• Suggestions regarding the sheen to paint each surface
• In situ photos showing each paint color used in real-life projects
• Large paint swatches of Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore colors, delivered to your door. Samples can be sent anywhere in the U.S. and Canada (delivery to Alaska and Hawaii might incur an additional fee). No P.O. boxes, please.

How are consultations delivered?

My virtual packages are delivered via email. You will receive a multi-page PDF packed with information and my professional recommendations specific to your project.

Which paint brands do you use?

I select colors from Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore, Farrow & Ball, and Behr. You may indicate which brand you prefer on my online questionnaire, which you’ll receive after submitting your payment.

What if I’m painting more than four rooms?

You may customize any package by adding additional rooms or surfaces. Please contact me and I’d be happy to provide you with a quote for your project.

How soon will I receive my consultation PDF?

My lead times vary by season, but you can expect to receive your paint consultation PDF via email two to four weeks after you submit your payment, questionnaire, and photos.

Do you offer video consults?

Yes! I’d be happy to Facetime or Zoom with you to discuss paint colors and any other design-related questions you may have, regarding items such as furniture, fixtures, finishes, floorplans, lighting plans, and more. All of my video consultations have a one-hour minimum. Video meetings are an add-on service and aren’t included in my standard consultation packages. Please contact me to discuss your specific needs and schedule a video consult.

How do I get started?

Please contact me to discuss your project in detail and receive an estimate. You’ll receive a link to my questionnaire and photo submittal information within 24 hours of my receipt of payment. If you haven’t received your questionnaire, kindly check your spam or junk folders to make sure it didn’t end up there. Thank you!
